Phase two of MCI’s regeneration of this estate located in the Borough of Redbridge involved obtaining planning permission to convert the undercroft garaging into four additional residential units. The garages posed a health and safety fire risk to one of the existing buildings, and this conversion addressed and rectified the issue.
