MCI has secured this 50,000 sq ft B1 office complex situated on a three-acre plot located in the London Borough of Redbridge. Initial steps were taken to secure permitted development rights to convert the building into 59 flats. Subsequently, a planning proposal has been drafted to demolish the existing building and deliver a housing-led scheme comprising approximately 50 houses and 40 flats. All of the flats will be offered as affordable housing.
