MCI has acquired this entire estate, which offers multiple value-add opportunities and located in the London Borough of Redbridge. The estate had been plagued by antisocial behaviour and fly-tipping. Our initial steps involved collaborating with leaseholders and the local authority to address these issues. Phase one of the project proposes demolishing several banks of freestanding garages and erecting seven houses.
