MCI secured this project located in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, which had been long hindered by planning challenges. The original plan proposed the demolition of the existing property to construct a high-density starter home development but faced over 150 objections and was ultimately deemed unfeasible. In response, we revised the proposal to construct four family homes that complement the local character. This new plan has garnered strong support from the majority of residents, aligning with community preferences and ensuring a harmonious development.
