MCI purchased this tired Victorian house located in one of Bournemouth’s most prestigious conservation areas. The existing building was not making best use of the land and was in a condition whereby it was unviable to repair. Therefore, MCI obtained a detailed planning consent to demolish the existing building and replace with a new build block of seven apartments which we subsequently developed and retained in our investment portfolio.
